1. All Sales Final: We understand that choosing the right product is essential, and we encourage our customers to make informed decisions. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer cash refunds for returned items or exchanges for different products.

2. Store Credit Only: Instead of cash refunds or exchanges, we provide store credit for returned items. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Maraval. It is a convenient way for our customers to explore other products in our inventory, should they wish to make a different selection or encounter any issues with their original purchase.

3. Eligibility for Store Credit:

  • To be eligible for store credit, the item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable will not be eligible for store credit.

4. Processing Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a Maraval gift card or electronic credit.
  • The value of the store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchases at Maraval and does not expire.

5. Exclusions:

  • The policy does not apply to products covered by our warranty or those with manufacturer defects. In such cases, please refer to our warranty and exchange policy.
  • Items purchased with store credit are non-refundable and cannot be returned for additional store credit.
